Damage Waiver:

This is offered to relieve the customer from responsibility for accidental damage to our equipment. Charge for damage waiver is 8% and is optional. Missing items are not covered by this damage waiver form.

Deposits:
Deposits are required on all party orders and on some equipment. Deposits are cash or credit card. Party deposits are non-refundable.

Rental Rates:
Rental rates are charged for time out and not time used. If you should have a problem with our equipment, be sure to call right away so that it can be documented and resolved. Return equipment promptly.
